I would give no stars if I could! I live in an apartment and this branch unfortunately handles deliveries for my complex. I ordered a coffee table off Amazon and even though I was home on the delivery date they didn't even attempt to reach out but said my package was undeliverable and took it to the post office. I scheduled a redelivery (twice) and they still left it at the post office and didn't make any attempts to deliver my item despite my numerous phone calls to USPS. Such horrible customer service! I don't have a vehicle so how am I supposed to pick up my package? Not everyone has access to a vehicle. Horrible, horrible customer service and rude associates as well.

Lines are normally short, staff has always been friendly to me. Convenient PO Box service. Pretty good as far as postal offices go.

Once again, a package that tracking says was delivered has apparently been left somewhere else because I sure didn't get it! Now I get to play detective and try to track it down. Why are there so many negative reviews for this post office and its personnel?! Why are the employees so sloppy?! Is it a question of turnover? I used to really admire the U.S. Post Office but at least in my neighborhood (85019), the service is frequently a DISASTER!

Google only has the general usps # so it's not possible. And the general # is the worst automated service line in the history of human beings. I've never made it through a call without hanging up in frustration because it does nothing as directed.

Tyler I went down there and did it early in the morning. The lady that was delivering my mail had stop doing my area and someone else was doing it, she told me that she would let him know but I guess she forgot because when I went to the post office to also see if I had mail there was nothing. What the number 1-800-USPS isnt there some numbers missing
