Had my box since 2019. Never had issues with quarterly pricing, getting them to help check it for me on rare occasions when I call etc..I went to get my mail after they closed on a Saturday, I had not been to the box for 3 weeks- my box door was hanging open. I had one piece of mail. Odd maill at that. It was something from a bank that said I have a change of address and need to fill out a form including my social and return to some PO box back east. Looked in to it, unable to figure out what or who it is. So my concern is, one piece of mail in three weeks, uv always had more mail even advertisment, and second this change of address envelope with no return address on the outside of the envelope....I got a paper in my box last time I checked it 3 weeks ago, it said I owe $160. How did that go from $80 every three months? Nobody knows. I believe Mike is still the franchisee, and there use to be high rating for his store here, however I'm unsure what has changed, but 4.0 rating is quite telling and I think this will be reported and escalated on my end. Unhappy and concerned.
