Some of the rudest ppl ever in a brick and mortar store. The older lady always seems to have an issue on every visit. Rude, rolling eyes and body language. No clue what's that's about but I called her on it this this. Tired of deliberate disrespect. I simply asked, are you not having a good day? Rolled her eyes and said nothing, just stood there with a ridiculous look. I stepped out of line and let enough go ahead and jumped in line two. The young lady there was nice.amd helped me the way I expected. Then the older lady comes up and cuts her off while talking to me. I said thanks and walked out. Not playing that game. If you couldn't treat me right all the previous times, and you saw me step out our line just to ask for assistance from the coworker, what makes you 💬 nk I have any amount of words for you. Just awful... Awful.

In my desperate attempt to ship a package before closing, I stopped at the nearest home and garden store to purchase a box. The box was way too big for the item I was shipping. Fortunately, the UPS store had someone working who genuinely takes pride in her job. Lucy, store clerk, not only helped me by splicing the box down to a manageable size, but in the process it saved me $$$. I would have paid for shipping air, if it not for her impeccable customer service. This is my local store so I frequent it often. But today was the first time I felt like a valued customer thanks to Lucy! Kudos to UPS for hiring someone who cares!

Manager and owner are lacking business etiquette. Short staffed and not training properly. Went in to purchase a label with insurance for a pkg. And poor guy Pablo didn't know how. To the owner. Your loosing money!!!
