Wow! I had a similar situation when i left my bag w birth certificate, social security card, driver's license in it. But I had some kind of ID i just forget what when i went to get new benefits card. sorry Social Security is usually the easiest to get first if you have any kind of old tax returns, etc. And goto the one in the Financial District. Its the fastest I think personally.
