The most unprofessional company I've ever seen. The Director of Maintenance was particularly abusive. People have said he's always like that, really petty and nasty. Like he doesn't have anything better to do.

Arrived here at Odyssey House on January 19th, 2022. Prior to being admitted into this program I was in the Phoenix House in Long Island City.I was a resident there for 5 months! I've only been here shy of two weeks but I'll tell you what, I've gotten more out of this program in less than two weeks then I have the entire 5 months I was as the Phoenix House. That is very good for me. They have kept me fairly busy, but not so much that I am being overly programmed out. They have a great balance here is programming, meals, and personal time. So far I'm very comfortable here at The Odyssey House. I've got a very good feeling about those place and cannot wait to continue on my journey on recovery. I've got big plans for my future and so far Odyssey House like like the right place to help me make my goals happen!!! Thank you Odyssey House for being very professional and helpful at all times no matter what is going on someone is available and willing to help you.

Worst service from the director the lady who they transfer you to on the phone. She doesn’t care what happens to the addicts who reside there. Even after I asked to come in person to prove my Identity.

Depends which program you are going to. Odyssey has permanent and transitional housing as well as substance abuse, each has different policies

Do you guys help people dealing with drug charges due to addition? If they get released and work with you do you help represent them in court?
