I originally attended Teen Challenge in Southern California 7 years ago. I went through TCMI upon completion. But I will tell you something always burned inside of me to experience the original. I have been so blessed to serve with the staff of Brooklyn Teen Challenge for almost 5 years now. I have only been able to stay at the center but it was a once in a lifetime experience. They give you the tools, the framework and the room to allow God to work in your life and change you radically. In the program there are plenty of obstacles but life is full of obstacles and this program helps you pause, think and have patience in the processIt's all a process and it takes time. But if you want a freedom from addiction and a new life you will do whatever it takes to get what God has for you. So many miracles happen here but its in having patience, humility that God does a miracle in you!

It depends on the medical issue and it depends on the medication. The best way to know for sure is to speak to the Intake Coordinator and inquire. All students are individually assessed according to their specific needs and circumstances while taking into account the level of service Brooklyn Teen Challenge can provide and then he adherence to its own policies and standards.

No, the center is now at 416 Clinton Avenue. 444 is now an empty lot. It was sold last year. 416 will also start a remodeling process in April.
Teen Challenge has had to temporarily relocate because of renovations being done to the Clinton Avenue Mansion. As soon as this work is completed the program will be back in Clinton Hills. The main office is still at that location. Jaqueline, once your son is near to the completion of his program, he will progress to a phase of the program that evaluates his individual needs so that he can successfully reintegrate himself in a community/neighborhood and continue practicing everything learned in the program while keeping his sobriety.
