They don't care about anything besides Covid. What a terrible appointment I had with the doctor she ignored all problems.

Do not let the phlebotomist touch you if you need blood drawn, she couldn't hit my vein (my veins are huge) she then got angry at me, asked ME what she should do and got upset and insulted me when i asked her to leave the room because was making me nervous. Im horrified about this Front desk was good Med assist Marie was very kind Margret Pierre NP was very nice, i found her attentive and not pushy or judgmental. Overall it was a good experience but the phlebotomist hurt me, i can only imagine what she does with hard to hit elderly veins. Too bad it should have been a 5 star review

If you want a caring, understanding NP DO NOT go to Maggie Pierre. I was left in pieces by her and her staff despite me reaching out to their patient portal 3 times. I finally got a response when I called and it wasn't comforting. I felt she talked down to me and was irritated I wasted her time. Midway through my sobbing she did ask "Are you alright?" To which I responded "No". She walked me through all the steps she had taken to address my concerns - which were referrals to specialists who she said could determine if I needed any imaging as she doesn't order any. She then stated my appointments for rheumatology and urology were not that far away - at this time they were 3 weeks and 4 weeks away and more than a month out when I first messaged her requesting the MRI brain (to rule out brain tumor)due to continous headaches, painful joints, aches, crippling fatigue, postive ANA lab work, blurry eyesight, twitching, jumbled thoughts - things of that nature, some of which i absolutely disscused with her at our very first appointment but she stated I presented with only "vague symptoms" during that appt so her notes for that 1st visit suck as well. Regardless, in the healthcare world, 3 weeks isn't long to wait. In a suffering patients world its a lifetime. I was dismissed, overlooked and forgotten by this practice. I will never forget the hopelessness I felt in speaking with her. *This post is under my Google name not my actual name

Absolutely abysmal healthcare. If you are ever nervous about your health and would like diagnostic imaging to rule out more severe conditions, do not trust the NP Maggie Pierre with your care. Ego of a doctor with none of the education or experience. She refused to give my mother an MRI, even when my mother offered to pay out of pocket. We are thankfully able to pay for this service if insurance doesn't cover it but Margaret refused this and said 'it doesn't work like that'. My mother and I have worked in healthcare our whole lives. In what world would a health service not be allowed with self pay option? My mother left 3 alarming messages about her symptoms to the clinic as she was concerned about her health and each one was ignored for a total of 2 weeks of radio silence from people who were supposed to help her. According to the well-read Margaret Pierre, nobody monitors those messages, despite my mother pointing out the 'read receipt' on each of her messages. Clearly, they were read and swiftly disregarded. I understand and experienced how shorthanded healthcare can be, especially in times like these, however severe symptoms cannot be ignored for upwards of 2 weeks. If my mother had harmed herself, I would be absolutely drowning this festering sore of malpractice in legal fees and keep them in court until I croaked but luckily for them, she's doing alright minus the discouragement she's faced from these hacks. How hard is it to order an MRI? Even if you don't believe the patient, is their peace of mind not worth the few minutes it takes to order one ? Is it coming out of Margaret Pierre's paycheck ? Is that why she vehemently refused to give my mother an MRI, even when my mother offered to pay for it out of pocket ? In conclusion, if you or a loved one want peace of mind, or even the barest hint of human compassion, do not go to Margaret Pierre. Horrendous doctor and I expect an even worse person.
