I lived at Village At Grandridge for about 3 years. During those 3 years, I had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. Any maintainence issues I had were solved very quickly and the office staff are super friendly and professional. The units themselves are neat, spacious, and some have nice additions such as a balcony or fireplace. I originally chose to live here because of their affordable rent and because they allow pets, with a small fee upon move-in. They are also in a great part of town, near the mall, arcade, and many restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for nice and affordable apartment.

I moved in here in 2006 it was a good place to live the rent was cheap and the property / Complex was well-maintained , But now after the last Managers left 2 years ago the people they gave the position to have turned this place in to a dump , all the grass is either dead or weeds and they never clean the property !! the parking lots are full of trash and more ! The place is a dump and they raised the rent !! Who ever owns this property needs to correct and get this place cleaned up and replace all the staff ! If you want to move in to the city dump this is the place to move into ! if you want to live in a clean property and well taken care of place then don't come here !! I AM GLAD I HAVE LEFT !!!

The Village of Grandridge is the best apartment complex I have ever rented from (out of 5). Their staff is kind and attentive to each and every need, most of which love on site. The maintenance crew is extremely helpful, even by pushing cars out of snow in the day and night. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating to any concern/issue I have. There are a TON of residents, yet the complex stays pretty quiet and every person I ran into that lived there was always nice and respectful. I would recommend these apartments to ANYONE for their staff, well maintained units, and affordability.
