I recently moved in to heatherstone and the leasing process with Alma was really great and process was super smooth. So far the interaction I’ve had with the girls ( Llesenia , Teresa and Alma) is always great and helpful. Over all no complaints everything has been good !

When I first moved to Heatherstone the reviews were not that great, but I needed to move so I took a chance and I can honestly say I don't regret it. It was nothing like some of the reviews I've read. Theresa and all of the ladies in the office are so sweet, professional and always willing to help. You can see the effort that has been put forth by the staff to keep the community clean and up to date and I absolutely appreciate them all for it.

Just Me

From first phone call to signing lease flawless! Llesenia and Teresa were exceptional. They told us exactly what was needed and cost involved. Once all paperwork was submitted approval followed within the week. Remember, it is not just thier job to make the process efficient. If you drag your feet to submit all needed paperwork thats on you. My daughter had covid as well and Llesenia and Teresa worked with us via email. Wonderful experience! The studio is very cute and clean. Anytime I call they are very helpful even maintenance (just once but he came within literally 2 min and was oit within 1 min!). The neighborhood is also quiet (no loud music or excessive screaming) Very pleased with all aspects! Thank you!

The team Hederstone Apartments is awesome they are always responding to my work orders in a timely manner. The office team especially Maria is very helpful. The Apartments were also renovated recently and everything is super nice! I highly recommend them if you're trying to find in friendly beautiful community.
