I paid forward with multiple roommates and I was the last to leave. They claimed I only had a $200 deposit, has anyone ever had that low amount? A month after I moved out they charged me for another month of rent, didn't tell me and sent it to Genesis collection agency with only MY DEPOSIT on record. I was threatened to be taken to court or pay it off. These people will look you in the face and smile as they reach in your pocket.

I had a bad experience at these apartments. I had car troubles and my car was unable to start and I ended up sleeping in my car that night. In the morning the manager cane to my car and told me I had to leave. I told him my car would not start and I was having problems. He told me he didn't care and was calling the police to have me trespassed. That is exactly what he did. The police showed up issued me a trespassing order and told me I had to leave the property right then. He also informed me my car would be towed if it was still on the property in 24 hours. Also I was not allowed on the property to retrieve my car. I had to have someone else get it for me. I was devastated. I left the property with a few of my things and sat across the street crying. Unsure what my next step would be. Luckily two young men were walking by and seen how upset I was and asked if they could help. I explained my situation and they offered to help me push my car to the shopping center parking lot down the street. So they went on the property and pushed it to the street. I then helped them push it down the road to the shopping center parking lot. Oh what an ordeal. I feel like the managment could have been more understanding and not so harsh and cold blooded. It was a hurtful response to my already stressful situation. Now I am trespassed from those apartments for 5 years. What a mess. So I am giving them a one star rating I would give negative 5 stars if I could. They could have had more compassion for that I give my bad rating

Horrible apartments. If you’re looking for a apartment here I HIGHLY suggest you don’t. Very poor RUDE management and customer service. Very bad area. Always drug addicts laying around the premises & constantly breaking into people’s cars. Very unprofessional employees. 0 out of 5 star. You can hear neighbors through the walls. Very uncomfortable. Shower water was very cold constantly. I believe everyone in the same unit shares the same water. Always hearing domestic violence. Constantly drug busts and drug deals at the motel across the street. Do not recommend to ANYONE.

I've lived here several months now and have had all positive experience. The maintenance and yard work is well-kept. A paper notice on every door is provided days before any work being done. My kids enjoy the playground and the pool. The office lady Anna is very nice and allows tenants to rent DVDs for free. My neighbors are quiet in my building and I like that there's an entrance/exit in the front and rear of the complex. I would recommend these apartments and look forward to renewing my lease next year.
