Bought my wife a $200 defected toy. Came home to charge the brand new toy and it’s a straight dud. Spoke with the store employee 1 hour after attempting to charge it and I’m being told that they will not replace the item. It’s on me now to send the device to California for a replacement. I will never never shop at this store again. I’ve purchased many items at this location and I will buy elsewhere. For being a brand new, unused item this defected toy should be on the store and not the consumer.

I came into the store after not buying any new products for over a year. I was going to go to Hustler, because that’s the last store I’ve been to, but this store was closer and gas is a million dollars so why not try it out? I stood in front of what I was going to purchase for over 20 mins, reading boxes to make the best selection. The sales associate asked if I had any questions and I let her know that once I made my initial choice, I’d have questions about related products. Once I made my choice, I did ask for assistance. The sales rep talked me out of the “dong” I was going to purchase (The D, Doc Johnson $54) and talked me into the one I ended up buying (Cosmos, Explorotica $40). She talked up a “spine” and blah blah blah. In hindsight, I’m wondering if they get commission or something for selling this Explorotica brand. 🥴 I hated the purchase. Yes, it does have a “spine”, but it does NOT stay in place how she stated it would. It’s rather pointless. I was LIVID! I didn’t even use it, I just took it out the box to check the features and put it right back! I hate going to a store multiple times and I hate doing returns. Guess what?! No returns, no exchanges…which, I knew that. But, if the sales rep talked me into something else that turned out to be trash…then what?!?! I went in the next day to purchase the one I originally looked at and expressed my frustrations with the first purchase. Do you think I was given an option to return? A discount offer? An APOLOGY? Nope. Nothing. In conclusion, I don’t buy products too often so I’m sure my money won’t be missed. But, as far as customer service goes, it’s a ‘no’ for me. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend anyone to go. Who has money to just throw down the drain? Not I.

Decent adult store. The varieties of what u want may not be in abundance. They seem to specialize in quickie items you may have an afterthought about. Enjoyed how the manager was dressed. Dressed in an outfit appropriate for the store and sexy enough to keep you focused on why you're in this place in the first place.

Stopped in (Total X Superstore) on a recent business trip. Was a little hesitant at first, but went inside anyway. Turned out to be a very nice store, kept very clean and really nice setup. So went out and got my wife to come in and she couldn't believe how nice it was. Was greeted by Samantha who was very helpful with getting my wife to feel at ease and able to help us with what we were looking for. I would recommend this establishment to all couples, because it was very much a couple friendly place. And thanks again Samantha you are the best.
