I just tried to order a pizza by phone. I finally just had to pray she understood me because I couldn’t understand a word she said. I am normally ok with someone that doesn’t speak English that good. But as hard as I tried I could not .I had to have her repeat herself so many times.I am so upset. Please PizzaHut do better. I feel bad because I couldn’t understand her

The guy making the pizza was the only one there besides a delivery driver. Even though he was really busy doing everything by himself he was really friendly and took time to talk to me. The food was awesome by the way.

Great, couldn't really do any better in the pizza hut in Vandalia. Riverside could you a little help.
Totally worth it, I like the hot flavor best
There is a $2.99 delivery charge. The order price is the same whether you get carryout or not but the drivers earn $5 per hour which comes out of the delivery fees collected. In such way, they can offer the carryout customers a better price since the price of drivers doesn't get calculated into the carryout orders. When you begin to check out, the fee is added to your order. It is based on address so that is why it waits for checkout. Some areas have no charge and other areas have higher or lower charges. Some areas have a "30 minute delivery or it's free next time" guarantee, which will waive your delivery fee. Some customers put the order in first and the customer information last, so that summarizes why this happens. Hope this helps.
