Yuck no. Tried their pizza and no. Cheese was burnt and topping were not scattered across the pizza but mainly on one half. Called the shop and offered to send a pic of the low quality of my first time there and they said I could buy another and see how that one was... Won't try it again due to the reply. Horrible, crazy bad customer service attitude won't stand behind their product.

We had pizza delivered for our wedding reception of 85 people. Bill and his team were very organized, came exactly on time, and delivered absolutely delicious pizza (and utensils). The factory special was a fan favorite! I would recommend using them for *all* catering events regardless of your party size. My only suggestion would be to order more than the recommended “2.5 slices per guest.” We ordered ~3.5-4 slices per guest and still ran out at the end of the night…likely because the pizza was so good. :)

This review is long over due! The Pizza Factory staff is courteous & friendly. The pizza is just out of this world!!! Hands down the absolute BEST PIZZA in Dayton & surrounding area! Bill Daniels & staff just keep doing what your doing!!

Very good pizza! Love it! I strongly recommend. I ordered a large Hawaii pizza and pepperoni and cheese and it was awesome. Prices are alright, I don't mind spending money on awesome food. Staff was cool and friendly like always. Order was fast and made fast, maybe 15/20 min at about noon on a Thursday. I will update later with pics
