My lease was up on the 28th of the month. I paid the months rent, turned my keys in on the 14th - left the utilities on until the 28th. Amherst billed $407.00 early termination fee. This place told my neighbor ( after a tree fell on her unit) it was her responsibility to have it removed. She left the complex. Amherst does not keep riff raft out nor do they keep the place clean. One tenet took a machete to the outside of the building and cut through the siding- insulation, siding and debris laid outside for weeks. During my walk through prior to leaving ii was told everything looked good. Then after leaving the state I got a 1,300.00 bill for “damages”. I do not recommend this place!!

This place is an absolute joke. Not only did they not repair things correctly before moved in they also refused to fix major problems in my apartment after I’ve been here for a year. Ive had no heat, a window missing from my wall and no power in my living room for months with no repairs being made. I cannot wait to move out of this place for many reasons. I’ll share a few pics of some things that were like this when I moved in. I can’t stress this enough….DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Hard to get in touch with people in office. I dont like the extremely small kitchen with the tiny fridge and stove. Carpet needs replacing. Laundry bldg stays dirty. The parking lot is horrific! Full of pot holes. I like having my own personal entrance and the area is nice tho.I took the apartment cause at the time I was homeless. If I hadn't been, I'd have looked elsewhere.

Great apartments and cost efficient. The manager Jessica and her leasing agent Sierra we’re both very pleasant and easy to work with. Jessica helped make sure transitioning my grandfather to his new apartment went smoothly and made us feel welcomed. They also have 24hr emergency maintenance which was very comforting know my grandfather could get assistance anytime if there was an issue. Would definitely recommend them again!
