Spinnaker Cove Apartments

NOTHING NOTHING

These apartments are not that luxurious. Cosmetically, they do a great job at fooling you, but once you have moved in, it's not all that great. Whomever it is that cleans these apartments, does a mediocre job at best. The vertical blinds at my patio door were not replaced and the handle falls off every time I open/close them, along with broken corners on some of the slats. Some of the blind slats in the kitchen were warped upon move-in. The carpet is very light and cheap, and the placement doesn't make any sense; whereas, there should be vinyl flooring, but instead it's carpet. For the amount rent that is charged, surely some things can be replaced and/or completely discarded. The storage closet outside is a COMPLETE WASTE of space. These are not horrible apartments but not luxury either. They are overpriced for the actual square footage. The most maintenance at this community is outside, That's what your rent pays for; it surely is not inside these apartments.
