i have gone to fern hill for many tests etc.i always found everyone to be very pleasant and easy to talk ti i always prefer going there instead of the hospital never had a long wait.i also love the bldg when you walk in it is so refreshing and inviting.beautiful place and so beautifully kept.Beats going to the hospital

I went to fern hill to receive “good” care, but I got far less than that. They treat their facility more like a conveyer line, than a hospital. I went there for two reasons, my hip and shoulder. I was completely ignored when talking about my hip. I was then rushed to the x-rays, where I again received less than “good” care. The X-rays were performed in a rushed way. I then finally get to see the doctor, Dr.Towsen. She spent all about 3 minutes with me, while I explained my symptoms. My X-rays came back normal, which I expected, I am then told I need an mri, which is what I thought would happen. I was then rushed out of the private room, where then I proceeded to make an appointment for an mri. Now I am expected to wait around 2 weeks for a call for the mri scheduling. Everything about the place is less than average. So many people being taking advantage of. Never go here, if you want someone to actual care about you and your health needs, don’t come here.

This is his wife writing review. While my husband was having surgery I went to use first floor bathroom (6:45am). The toilet had fecal material on it and the bathroom stunk. I immediately went to the bathroom on upper floor by gi suite and the toilet was clean but no soap at all. How disgusting!
