I recently started going to the dispensary. I spent a good amount my first time and no one told me about their loyalty program. I signed up afterwords and they would not honor the money which I spent. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hello, you can place an order for the following day once the dispensary closes for the evening on the day prior. (ex: want to order for Friday, you would order Thursday after they close )
You can make a reservation for curbside pickup or in-store pickup online. However, since there are many patients, the pickup slots fill up typically within 15 minutes of the new day. You can start reserving for a day at midnight. Remember, you still need both your medical marijuana card and your government issued ID for curbside pickup.
Go to the Pennsylvania medical Marijuana website and follow the prompts, you may have to see a doctor again choose one that charges a $35 office visit not one of these bozos the charge is 2 and $300 a visit. There is a section that provides medical referrals where you can find a doctor, call ahead find out what they're charging.

Hello, we are taking extra sanitizing protocols and have barriers between the budtenders and customers. We are limiting the number of customers in our locations and requiring masks.
Their sales terms state that all sales are final. If there are discrepancies, it is the patient's responsibility to contact the grower. The growers information will be on every product sold. I believe these are the terms for every dispensary in PA, since the dispensaries aren't allowed to open any products. Your medicine is sealed before being delivered to a dispensary, and must remain sealed for you to purchase it. It might need to be sealed if you are transporting it as well. That I am not 100% sure.
