The apartment it’s self was fairly nice. But the manager Robin was awful. She was horrible at communicating and when I tried to add my boyfriend to the lease she told me I made too much to live there (low income housing) and gave me two months to move. Well two months come around and I’ve been asking her questions. One week before I was going to move she told me I didn’t give notice to move, when I wasn’t ready to move in the first place and she told me I would have to move??? Never told me I had to go on their website and give notice. It’s almost as if I could have stayed the whole time. This happened last October and really affected my life. I could write so much about her to be honest. The previous manager kept the place way nicer and was easy to talk to.

My girlfriend and I spent the the last 2 months trying to get an apartment here. We stopped looking at other apartments because we were told our move in date would be the 30th of July (we were told this towards the middle of June, even …Dear John: Because you and your girlfriend applied separately, management had to get the information transferred to one application. By the time they received from you your paperwork, paycheck stubs, and cosigner information, they were in need of more recent pay stubs; and unfortunately, those pay stubs put you over the income restrictions. The manager is very apologetic about her hospital stay that necessitated that she be out of the office. We are regretful that this has been an inconvenience and that you were unable to occupy the apartment you had wanted.
