An employee named Newton struck me last Sunday night after refusing to do his job. I attempted to contact the manager all week and he has refused to take my calls. Police came and attempted to serve newton wiyj assault charged but he left out the back. Walked in tonight and he is still there. What kind of company allows a violent unstable employee strike a customer and then stay at work?! This is insane. Contacting my attorney Monday morning.

Went to get some wipers for my Model Y and the first I set I bought wouldn't attach, no problem, easy exchange for a different set. The associate even helped me out them on to make sure they fit using the supplied adapter -- but they didn't fit either! She brings in another co-worker and we try a third pair - nope. We go back inside and start looking at other options and the original wiper while playing with adapters. I have, at times, 3 different associates working hard to get me wipers that will fit. Luckily the store isn't too busy, but they're still mindful of other customers and making sure that they're getting super great service too. Eventually with the fifth set of wipers we find something that fits and I'm a VERY happy customer.
