Always like visiting Harbor Freight. I can usually find what I need in store but certainly on line. Usually find more than I'm looking for. ;) Prices are very reasonable, compared to other major tool and parts stores. Quality is generally good. Not the top tier or very best but definitely not the worst either. Staff are usually friendly and knowledgeable as to where items are in their store. Will continue to frequent Harbor Freight Tools stores.

You know what, for the DIYer, you can't beat the price. If you're going to be using the tools everyday, then remember you get what you pay for. As far as the store goes it's a great place with good service. The area leave something to be desired though, but at least it's not in Detroit!

Beat place to buy tools for fair price sometimes you only need a tool one time so why pay more when you have harbor freight tools that are just as capable as some big high end named tools for instance I’ve riding my wood floors with their cheapest belt sander and palm sander

I bought a mini grease gun several months ago and 3 grease cartridges, the grease cartridges didn't fit. I went back and bought 3 more that we're hanging right next to the mini grease gun that I bought before and on the label it says that they work with the mini grease gun. And those 3 oz cartridges don't fit in the gun either. I am a disabled veteran who doesn't live close to the store so I took the cartridges back 3 weeks after I bought them and the manager said she didn't know how a grease gun works and I should take it to an auto parts store and see if they could help. Since I am in the middle of moving I can't find the receipt. And even though it was in the package and a Harbor Freight bag I couldn't get a refund. I have spent a ton of money in Harbor Freight but this kind of Customer service is the end of that.
