This place is horrible. They say they attempted the delivery but my cameras show no one came to the door or got out of their car. So lazy. They put the notice in the mailbox so it shows they didn't even come to the door. What's the point? And reschedule the delivery again, why? You clearly aren't going to do your job.

I just left this faulty pick up my son graduation package (keep in mind he walks in the morning) I was told by their supervisor that I can’t pick up my son graduation package because we don’t have the same last night. The reason why it was returned back to the post office is because we no longer live at that residence so we don’t have the same address our drivers licenses. When I told them that I could show them the actual order form for it they told me that I could not pick up my son package. The order form has both my son and my name on it. Which makes me even more puzzled to why I couldn’t received the Herff graduation package, especially when I’m able to show the itemized receipt. The supervisor (John... apparently he doesn’t have a last name per the clerk at the window) neither does his superior (Brenda... who conveniently isn’t in today per the same clerk whom doesn’t know her supervisor last name either). The devil is always busy!

This post office is ridiculous. For the past month, any package I order does not get delivered. They claim they attempt delivery but this is not true. All of my packages now say "Held at Post Office, At Customer Request". Never have I requested for my packages to be held at this post office. I have already had to go to their location once to get the package on my own. They are also impossible to get ahold of, you can call at anytime of the day and you're probably guaranteed to never actually speak to a person.
