I'm totally disappointed. My family has been going to Tony's Faithfully for years. So I'm very disappointed lately how much the service has fallen and how unorganized it is now. And then to pawn the issue off on the owner like he could even defend himself. He hired you to do a job. You need customer service skills very badly. And the lady at the front desk should not work with customers. She tended to favor a particular type but talked to me like I was the one in the wrong. never going back!!!!

I was sitting for more than 15 minutes. The waitresses walked past me and completely ignored me. Then they decided to attend to another person who arrived after me first, which is why it makes me uncomfortable to decide to leave and with irony and ridicule one of the owners says good night and laughs. a lousy cervisio

Always great food they never disappoint. My go to spot In Willimantic CT. Ordered a pizza for delivery and they were at my door in just under 20 minutes from the end of order. A little pricy but the quality is high. You know the saying you get what you pay for.🍕😋😍👌💯
