Wow the first time I get someone on the phone after having to call other post offices to get 1 of the 4 numbers to work, finally someone picked up and they just want to talk over me instead of hearing me out… “because they have 20 carriers they’re trying to deal with!” Then I was hung up on. Zero customer service. Im not impressed or surprised though it is town and country.

I'm convinced that they are losing my packages or someone is stealing them. I have multiple packages missing and when I contact customer support, all they say is that the post office never received it. They darn well received it because I personally dropped it off. This happens too often.

The mail carrier keeps running into my trash can and knocking it over for no reason. It is not blocking the mail box it is about five feet after the mail box.

This place is a disaster! It’s nasty as ever inside and the lady behind the counter could care less about helping you. I went to ship a return package but I didn’t have a sleeve or packing tape to secure my label onto my package and the lady told me they don’t have packing tape and they don’t supply it for first class! Like really? You’re a federal mailing service and you don’t have tape I can use or even BUY? Seriously? After she told me no she didn’t even say anything but “next” like she didn’t give a care in the world. USPS , clean your office up an hire new people. Oh an there were 10 people in there and only her working.
