I left a man’s blue sports jacket in the back seat of an automobile that I returned to Orlando airport on June 19, 2022. I realized that I had left it laid across the back seat prior to boarding my flight home. We followed all the instructions to report the loss within 30 minutes of returning the auto. And, somehow they can’t locate my jacket. I realize there is a disclaimer about not being responsible for lost objects. But, this was not an earring backing lost between the seats. It was a size 44 mens jacket and somehow they cannot locate the jacket. I have gone on line multiple times and phoned many times. It is extremely difficult to speak with anyone and when you do, they seem to care less. (One phone rep. suggested I fly back to Orlando from Anchorage, Alaska to personally speak with an Orlando Budget employee!!!) A rental car is just a car. Because of extremely poor customer service, I will never again use Budget and highly suggest that you don’t either!!

I rented a Toyota Corolla hybrid. It was almost new. The rental process was painless. No hard sale tactics to purchase additional insurance. Same with the return. However I paid $500.00 for three days. Not sure if that is a budget or not. I am still satisfied. Great car

2 days after I dropped off the car I get a 2 gal charge! Keep your receipts and make sure you have evidence you dropped it off full or else you'll get charged for them driving it around. The person on the phone said that no matter what you drop it off as, it'll never be full they mark every car as a "no" and then AFTER THEY wash and drive it around they then fill it up. So passing that cost on to the customer.... great way to do business...

We rented a car for upcoming trip in August 2022. I received email this AM that my reservation was cancelled. I did not cancel the reservation so I called Budget. They told me the reservation was cancelled because the car I rented (a compact for $540.00) was no longer avail. I was told they could reserve the only vehicle they had avail. with was a Toyota Tacoma for $5, 525.00 !!! I thought they were kidding, but they assured me they were not, and that they were sorry for the 5,000.00 increase. I told them I thought they should honor the contracted price I got a, "Sorry no - but happy to rebook you at the new rate" Not only is this poor business practice, it is really unethical. To cancel, then say no worries, for 5,000.00 more, we can still get you a vehicle. Shame on you Budget car rental !

Sorry I'm not sure, I would think you should be able to.
Depends on the days it depends on the months it varies so call your local budget or budget nearest to where you are traveling to
Unfortunately all rental companies are facing an inventory shortage due to a lot of different factors. Budget is booked up through August and could not take any extra reservations because it would not be guaranteed.
Call them or look this up online
I'm not sure what you mean by a secure card. I used to Visa card a new one with a chip
Not likely.
It can be waived usually if it is a spouse. Otherwise there normally is a fee
Subjective as to overall luggage sizes, my eyes widened from seeing those oversize gargantuan so called pieces of luggage come off the plane, These are oversize vehicles for seating , but in our case using a new sienna with 5 adults, 2 kids we were stuffed and this is without anything brought xtra for our day drive You may just do it maybe
They are usually all-seasons but you shouldn't need anything more than that.
Unless you did a one way rental, you'll follow the signs for rental return. Depending what rental agency you used, determines where to go (half go one direction & the other half go another direction). You return to the garage that you picked the car. Usually there is a return lane to park.
A credit card would make it easier. They don't take prepaid cards. If you want to use a debit card, you need to put down 200.00 security deposit on top of the rental, you would need to pass their credit check, show proof of full coverage insurance (collision, comprehensive, and liability), and proof of return ticket (so something showing that you are flying out of Anchorage). If you don't have a return ticket or live in town, you SOL. All of these, of course, can change so make sure to call them and ask about their debit card policy.
