I’ve always had amazing service with Kadee. Unfortunately today we were informed she was no longer there at the last minute. We used a tech that we don’t normally use, who was very nice but definitely not our tech. When i expressed concern over a new Waxer no manager was even available to talk to me, the front desk was like sorry. We won’t be back.

Booked here again and love it! If you're considering getting a Brazilian v book with Taylor!!! She's awesome! Her services are not uncomfortable she's social and professional. After my wax she asked if I was aware of the products they had to better my experience and very encouraging! She's has great energy and her care of treatment even after the wax awesome! Thanks girl!!

This is my second time at this location - I had a Brazilian, chin and I got my neck waxed. With my neck she missed large spots - She also got wax in my hair & she cut my hair in order to get it out. I think that service and the others should have been free. I think the waxer should have told the front desk. When I went to the front desk and brought it up the lady looked at my and said “it can easily come out” - too late we already cut my hair…. Never going back. Horrible customer service. I didn’t expect a hair cut that day.
