I would have gave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a lg mashed potatoes. The gravy comes in separate container which lid was not on and gravy spilled all over my food and the other food in bag.

Save yourself .. do not visit .. very poor experience.. it was 10:45 and they didn't want anymore customers !! They said they stop making chicken after 10 because it slows down !! Well probably they might want to close at 10 pm if they do not make chicken after 10 pm. I ask for corporates information because I thought they might find paying 5 people for nothing after 10 might be information they would find useful .

very very poor customer service. the signs said opened at 10:30am but cannot start up computer to serve customers till 10:55am. rude and racist customers. the manager has an attitude problem. she needs to get some training in customer service. very very bad location

I ordered a one piece meal,spicy, got a large breast, side of slaw, a biscuit and a cookie, plus a large drink. The spicy was perfect, it had just the right amount of heat, loveeed it. You can't get it right like that in st matthews, i know that. But it was great, and the 3 women working that day i was there were very cool, and kept it live the whole time, they were doing a step dance and singing but all the while keeping it professional and clean dining area. Ill definitely be back. I had used my laundry money to get myself lunch that day, but if i had extra money i most def. Would have tipped all of them! Thanks for a great lunch. M.blaire
