Chicken breast wasn't cooked all the way through. Tried to call to let someone know that. No one Answered. Will be calling cooperate tomorrow morning. Drive thru employee was rude. Least my daughter's tender dinner was done. And the Mac and cheese was good

this restaurant have the worst service. after waiting 10 min to make my order. it take another 35 + minute to get my order. my order was to go because i have a plane to catch. when i get my order and check on my way to the Louisville airport I found that I order 8 pcs chicken nuggets. and I receive chicken strips. is it unacceptable that take that long to received my order and when I check was wrong. I don't want to go back to the restaurant because it may take another 30 minute to fix my order. the manager in that moment was fixing order for other customer because they was making sale for for product that they dint have in stock while we are waiting in the lobby. the drive thru was moving fast. non-other employee came to the front and help with the customer service. am really disappoint with the customer service in this restaurant it the worse I ever been.

Popeyes has a great product with lackluster service. They are constantly busy which does allow for hot food, but it takes forever to get something. In my last 3 visits 2 of the orders have been wrong and I get the same chicken tender dinner every time. Either something is forgotten or an unwanted side item has been subbed for the original order. Tastes great but you're taking a gamble on whether its made accurately .

Chicken small for the food to cost $7 & $8. I'd also like to point out that no one had gloves on. Not even the manager who was training, taking $ and fixing boxes. Lobby packed, drive thru packed. Won't go back

🤔 Tbh, it's the best Popeyes in louisville... I rather pull up and wait for fresh chicken than have dried out chicken... To eaches own though 🤷
Service tends to be slow after 2oclock.some cant tell a thigh from a breast.have got a few breast where all the breast meat was gone.someone forgot to marinade the spice chicken.but i still love my popeyes chicken.have been shorted pieces.always check your box
You know that the chicken is prepared and cooked right and also can only drop so much chicken at a time !!! If you see its really busy you might have a small order but if the people in front of you have big orders , family meals they have to be served first which means they have to keep dropping chicken in the fryer and waiting for it to cook !!! Once that comes up depending on the amount of chicken sold that could be 2-3 orders and then have to drop more and wait ! They dont hamburgers which people usually dont buy a box of hamburgers so its going to take alot longer than most fast food !
I had to pull up at the drive through to wait for my food and I have to say that the employee that brought it out did not have a mask on. However, when I paid for the food at the window, that employee did have a mask on. It was probably 20 minutes from closing, so maybe the coming outside prompted a needed moment mask free?
I've had my own experiences with popeyes and it has not been a pleasant one. All I can say is maybe try in the morning and have your receipt handy while attempting to speak with the manager on shift.
