I would love to know who does the hiring process at this restaurant?? Management or the owners desperately need to be watching their customer service either in person or on a camera. Completely messed up my order. I didn’t receive my drink so I asked for that immediately. Then I had to drive around and get back in line bc four other items were missing. How does that even happen? Do they not review the order before handing it to the customer? My order wasn’t even big. I was super nice and said thank you both times but the guy at the window just looked at me like I was wrong and never once said, oh sorry about that. It’s literally unbelievable that he is actually getting paid to work there. I would rather Popeyes close the entire restaurant instead of hiring workers that act like they can do whatever they want. I would never treat customers like this where I work. I went straight to Arby’s to get a few more items for dinner and the customer service was amazing!!

The chicken was tasty and the service was good. While all the food was warm, some was piping hot while others had been on the line a little while. Will definitely consider a stop if back in town again.

This place is a joke!!! No wonder the place is empty. Service is terrible, employees don’t look like they are happy to work there. I got meal and got 10 pieces of fries. Cleanliness is questionable. No one wearing gloves. No one replenishing condiments. Can’t believe this location still floating.

The chicken's one of the best fast food fried chicken, and the sides are pretty good. Do wish they'd mark which box was spicy and which was mild though. I know it's on the box, but they never seem to use it.

I think the help is either lazy and don't care. Or they are not trained right.
I've experienced the same when I called the store number and had to drive back out to the store to get my credit card that the drive through staff forgot to give back and it seems to be a common problem since the manager was not surprised. They will not allow you to request all pieces to be of one type (legs)
Search for the Popeyes corporate number on the web and have location details handy before making the call. 😏👍
The used to but at least at my local store they took it off the menu.
I was not pleased with my last visit but it was closing time.
Go to the store your interested in working
Popeyes' Cajun Turkeys are only available around the holidays. Each is a 9-to-13 pound turkey marinated with the chain's signature blend of Louisiana seasonings, slow-roasted, and then flash-fried for a crispy coating. ... While Popeyes' CajunTurkeys are fully cooked, they come thawed but cold.
I've never heard of that. If so, that's new on me
