Is the blackened chicken fried

I came here at 1015pm they are closed thought they stayed open until 11pm there were 4 other cars came in behind they left as well if that are the hours it needs to be posted

They don't have blackened chicken just fried spicy or mild.

Everything is fried. This is not where you go for healthy options. This is where you go for fast decadence
