They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, providing information to assist me in deciding on the best product for my needs. And they have always been right there if a problem occurs with an appliance, with timely, professional service. It's my go-to store when I need something for my home.

Were hours late. No call. Brought way cheaper washer and dryer set than we purchased. We called. They tried to just replace washer...sold our set to someone else that we already paid for. Brought the kitchen set. Put a screw through the table. Didnt want to even listen to me. Continuously put me on hold. Went down there. Was immediately told I wouldnt be listened to. They finally agreed to bring the table again after I refused to leave. Put another screw through the 2nd table. Needless to say bought and paid for a washer, dryer, and kitchen set. Dont have any kitchen set and have a different washer and dryer than purchased. Im a business owner myself. Their customer service was the worst I ever dealt with. I caution all to stay far away from Top Furniture. Go out of town Edit** to top it off. Show up this morning for the refund check and get met outside with nothing but an attitude. Not an apology anything. A basic F U. This place is unreal

We purchases a conversation sofa and two high-leg recliners. Melinda and the owner were very helpful coordinating colors and patterns of the accent pieces to help match the coffee table and other decor. Thank you!
