I have gone to this Gorham Maine location for a long time Tonight I was so very disappointed. The two boys working were friendly , however I would train them when the lettuce is turning brown , change it out . I should have spoke up but felt stupid . Why would they put it on a sandwich ? Browning lettuce ? I ordered 2 sandwiches. Once I got home my son bit into sandwich and asked why bread was hard ?? It wasn’t even toasted . My sandwich same thing , Stale bread and brown lettuce ? It was 5 pm? Less quality. Subway advertises fresh ?? Very disappointed in quality we didn’t have time to go back ! $ 20.00 wasted 😕. We threw away a and made a frozen pizza .I did tip the boy , he was friendly. Maybe train them fresh ingredients? Either that or sell for less quality price ? I should have spoke up about browning lettuce but should one have to , common sense ? Stale bread ! Last straw , I will never go back , seems to be going down hill ,

Amazing customer service, very clean. The associates even chatted with us while they were slow. Great people. Only complaint would be they didn't put enough on our sandwiches like the Subway back home, sandwiches were still good. The building was very neat to see as it was a financial institution before a Subway, and still had some signage with crossed out words. A must find and see =)
