After reading the many negative reviews I was very precautious. I've been using Hertz exclusively for 20 years. They do not honor your status - I am Five Circle and did not have a choice of vehicles, you get what they designated for you. They did honor my corporate discount without question. They did inspect the car before giving me the keys (note that it was a brand new vehicle). As a Hertz franchise, their contract is different and contains aggressive contractual language. They do require a separate $500 deposit which I suppose makes it easier for them to ding you should you damage the vehicle. My vehicle was filthy after my week of rental so I had it washed prior to returning (they can ding you on this). When I returned I video'd the condition of the car with the Hertz rep present and had her tell me the car was fine. A day later my credit card was charged properly as agreed. Overall - a good experience, just use extra caution.

We ordered a car thru here during our 10-year Anniversary trip in August. The car was great with very little problems. The major problems we had were: A). $500 hold placed on Credit or Debit charge plus the fee. B). The pending hold was released according, but a month later they took the fee out. Luckily, I was fortunate enough to cover it, but it would've been nice to have a heads up.

I had a rental arranged for a long 10 day adventure in Alaska. Unfortunately, Hertz wasn’t open at the time I clearly indicated I’d arrive at the airport. NP, I caught a shuttle to the first hotel and went back the next day to get the car. ‘Sorry sir, we cancel reservations after 4 hours’. A disaster and no other rental companies had cars. Called the 800 Hertz number and no cars were available. Went back to the Hertz desk and the guy says he has a cancellation I could have. He scribbles a number on a piece of paper like a second rate dark alley used car dealer. The number was about $300 a day. I needed one for 10 days. My canceled reservation was for a total of about $500. Now he offers $3000. I nearly choke on that number. The guy finally says he has a Malibu. I can’t use your Hertz points, but you can get it for a total about $900. Funny. My original reservation was for a Malibu type car. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS COMPANY. Hertz was great once. No more. This is a 0 stars review.

Not really a Hertz. Avoid if possible. I reserved a car through Hertz website for this location months in advance. I used points for a week and was paying the rest of the time with cash. When I showed to pick up my reservation, they informed me they don't accept Hertz points and charged me full price. They are basically a Dollar shop with a Hertz sign. They do not take points, care about status, or follow any Hertz corporate policies. Your receipt does not show up at Hertz.com and you cannot manage your reservation through the normal Hertz processes. Their deposit is $500 and they will try to blame you for pre existing damage on the car. Luckily I took a bunch of photos and pressed to get the damage form signed before I left with the car. Mark everything on that form. I highly recommend you rent with someone else. The real business pretending to be Hertz is "Floyd & Sons Inc."

They are open late and the counter is located across the street from the terminal. There is a decorative tunnel that takes you right to it.
Call the car rental company.
