Made a reservation two months ago to pick up vehicle at 230 am. Show up at 1:55 am to pick up vehicle and enterprise has no vehicles. People working behind the desk treating it like it’s a funny situation. Some b s excuse that one of the cars had mechanical issues when returned. No offer for an Uber or taxi to get to hotel. Nothing they can do. I have to call for a manager tomorrow after 8 am. Horrible customer service. So now left trying to figure out how to get to our hotel at 230 am. Avoid this location at all costs. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Alexa at the airport rental return in Anchorage saved our rental experience! She was able to discount our rental due to the hardship we suffered on our vacation. Enterprise rented us a leaky car on our trip in Alaska and ironically we had to listen to a recorded message where they brag about their cleaning protocols while on hold to get a replacement. This was not a new issue there was mold in the car. It rained for a few days of our trip causing flooding inside of the car. Thoroughly inspect your vehicle before you take off.

Alaska is undoubtedly an amazing place in the world. We travelled to Alaska in the first week of June 2022. We chose Enterprise to rent a car at 4940 W International Airport Rd, Anchorage, and definitely was the best of our decision. We happened to meet Mr Hunter, assistant Manager at enterprise office and believe me, these are the kind of people who make Alaska more beautiful. He is a very kind person, we at a new place never felt new. Mr. Hunter made our stay very comfortable, safe and secure. The People at enterprise are amazing & awesome, very very nice. We felt home. Mr. Hunter thank you so much for all your hospitality, care and support. Along with Mr. Hunter, Ms. Corinne, Ms Ashley made our transaction at Enterprise more promising with the service. We will definitely visit you again. I highly recommend this enterprise location whom you can trust. Lots of love from - Arizona.

We used Enterprise for a two week rental in Alaska. We were treated to a brand new car that was great for going around Alaska. The pick up and drop off was seamless. We had a small chip in the windshield thanks to construction on the Richardson Highway but when I pointed it out I was told it wasn't big enough to worry about.

Give them a call, but there were plenty of SUVs in the garage last month.
The person has to have a credit card in their name to be able to rent a car.

I can't answer that since my dealings with them were during their open time frame. My suggestion is to call Enterprise at the Anchorage airport to see what they can do in your case.

I didn't pay a deposit, they took my credit card info and estimated bill based upon days to be used, mileage was unlimited
