Walk in the post office about 12:30 there's a line of 15 people two employees only working there at the front counter. This is why you only have a rating of 2.2 and the supervisor working there should get his act together and do something about this!

I went to the post office this afternoon, and it was not very crowded. There were two people ahead of me with large packages and a sizable amount of envelopes. I waited on the line for approximately 20 minutes. The Supervisor Michelle came out to the lobby and began working the line to assist as many people as possible. Michelle is always so friendly and efficient. I appreciated her calm demeanor. Fortunately, everyone patiently waited.

I have an excellent delivery person. She is thoughtful and kind..putting packages near my door that don’t fit in my mailbox. She knows I have a hard time opening the large box and carrying packages. Is there anyway she can receive this thank you through her supervisor?

This location is horrible. See attached photos, this is how they treat your mail here. This post office is also horrendously slow, incredibly inconsistent, and poorly-managed. Sorry excuses for public servants.
