Extremely grateful for this family and their attention to our fur baby. Our little Luna was welcomed with open arms and was looked after for a week. I truly enjoyed all the pictures I received through out the day. The best part was knowing that she was never caged and had the freedom to roam around the house like she does back home. Thanks a million. We will be back!

Universal Dog Care Orlando was wonderful. It is the best dog boarding place we have ever left our pet. They sent us pictures of our dog the whole time we were gone and since my dog is nervous dog, it made me feel a lot better. Definitely the best place to leave your dog while doing activities that are not dog friendly.

We LOVED sending our yellow lab Luna here while we visited the Universal parks! Luna is 10 years old and this was her first time being boarded, so we were anxious to leave her and see how she did. We felt so at ease the moment we left her and knew she would be in good hands. Luna made so many friends and had SO much fun. Our family loved getting pictures every hour, when the phone went off we would immediately open it to see how happy Luna looked. We also appreciated that they made sure Luna was getting rest. On the last day, Luna was tired so they put her in her room to rest and we loved that they cared and made sure she was comfortable. We highly recommend this place!!

This day care was awesome! We needed a place to leave my puppy Beagle while we went to Universal and I found this place from it's great reviews and their website. They we're all right! My 6 month old Beagle had never been left alone and she gets pretty anxious and sad whenever we leave her sight. This place was a whole new experience for my puppy and great for her to get comfortable with other dogs. They we're very quick to answer all of my questions. They constantly sent pictures and updates which kept my nerves down, I knew my puppy was safe and being taken care of. Even making new doggie friends. I definitely will be coming back to leave my puppy here whenever we go to any of the theme parks again. I really recommend this place. Do not hesitate :) Thank you to Grammy for taking great care of Melody. We appreciate you very much!

I believe the rates are based on the type of stay your pet will have, i.e. half-day, full day or overnight. But they are super reasonable compared to others.
You don't need it, they understand and treat the dogs very well, I took them there about 20 days ago and they took good care of them, they send you photos at all times so you can rest easy.
Sorry. We do not have any transportation services at Universal Dog Care Orlando. We have had clients who used Lyft to bring the dog to us and just did boarding for the trip. That was the most cost effective way to handle it.
