It used to be $10 and only 1 departure at 9am from outlet and return after park closes. Reservations had to be done online. You should go online to the Legoland website to double check if they still offer the shuttle service.

There is free parking available. The majority if the parking is free. However, there are some spots that are leased by parking apps, and other portions tgat are blocked off for valet. We found, that if you go at off peak times, there is no problem parking for free...if you go when its busy, you are better off just to go to the valet.

Hi. Yes, there is one food court. In the International version of this outlet there is a bigger one.

There are taxis, although I have not seen many and now there is the UBER facility as well, however in Orlando there is no good public transport system unless they are shuttles to move between parks and hotels. We have always rented vehicle.
