I picked up a Cairn Terrier puppy there two years ago, close to three. Health has been stellar, temperament is perfect. I’m so happy with the dog they provided!

My experience at Petland was positive. When we arrived, at the store, the staff member escorted us to the handler, Kevin. Kevin was very professional, a good listener and attentive to our needs. He reviewed and discussed all the information regarding our future puppy. There were no pressure tactics and he gave us all the time we needed to make a good decision. Lani, the store manager, also got involved and made our experience a very pleasant and memorable one. For example, we tried to contact our vet for a check-up on the day of purchase, but no luck. I called other vets in the area and we struck out, again. Lani got involved and she was able to schedule a vet examination at the last minute. Way to go Lani! Lani and Kevin were outstanding. Thank you!

We had an awesome experience getting our new family member at this location. Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions about different dog breeds and we finally picked an Aussiedoodle puppy for our 5 year old son. Alex was very efficient with all the paperwork and helped us out to our car carrying the crate and setting the crate in our car. Thank you so much!

LOVE at first sight was our experience at Pet Land. Taylor was so helpful and knowledgeable assisting us with our Golden adoption. Isabella was so helpful with pet products, and the young gentleman carried Isla Taylor's new crate to the car. She's a sweet pup. Merry Christmas! We are very happy. Thank You.

Depends on the puppy. My mother bought 2 dogs from them, puggles. One was 700 because he was older and the other was 900. (May I remind you that puggles are a mixed breed.) I looked at an Aussie once that was around 1000. I ended up buying a mini aussie for 650 from a hobby breeder who also knew the family history of the puppy. I also volunteered at a dog shelter for awhile. They usually charge 100 for a dog with all of its shots and has already been spayed or neutered. They have different dogs coming and going all the time so it's harder if you are looking for a specific breed.
You need to call the store at 407-288-8864 to speak with an associate who can explain about hypoallergeic breeds and whic breeds are currently available
The price of puppies is dependent on what you look like you can afford so if you must purchase a puppy mill puppy dress like you are poor for a lower price, and keep in mind they buy them for 50 to 100 a piece. I used to work there so I KNOW. AS long as people like you continue to create a demand for puppy mill puppies, the mills will continue to supply that demand with more puppies. Puppy mills exist because the public funds them. It's a damn shame people are so willing to contribute to such suffering and death at those mills by giving them money to keep them in business.
I went a few times and I never saw a hedgehog. I only have seen them for sale in online webpages.
No idea sorry
Orange County passed an ordinance that went into effect on June 22 that bans all retail stores from selling dogs, cats, and rabbits that are from breeders. From now on, you will have to get from an online source or backyard breeder or try to get one from a rescue, none of which are required to give you all the documentation of where the animal came from
Yes, I saw a few, best bet is to call the store directly.
Yes they do
You can drive to the store to pick out a puppy. The appointments are typically made for customers who have either one or a few specific breeds they want to play with and the appointment makes sure that those puppies are still available at the time of the appointment. You are always more than welcome to come in and play with the puppies and see if one is the right fit for you and your family!
Depending on the puppy you are looking for, I would be very cautious about anyone offering a purebred or designer breed puppy for $1000. We have heard from close to 100 customers in the last 3 months who were scammed by out of state or online sellers promising purebred puppies for well below normal cost. If you know the breeder and are able to see the puppy and get one for $1000 out-of-state, you may want to also factor in the travelling costs to what you would normally pay. Since our store offers over 50 breeds for sale at any given time, obviously we are not going to be able to offer that same out-of-pocket cost as a breeder. Our breeers are typically from Iowa, Indiana, and other midwest states with the highest USDA and state regulations. The store does offer full disclosure on the breeder, so if your breeder is able to offer transparency, then you likely found a good one. The store also offers one year of free vet consultations through 7 participating vet clinics and much mor
