Such a professional Law Firm. Although my situation was unique and what I would even call minor. Mr. Miner took the time to talk to me and advise me of some basic steps and resolutions to my problem. There is nothing minor about Mr. Miner. He was very respectful in understanding I just needed a little direction and provided that to me free of charge. His actions presents the character of a man and a business that is not all about the "money" but about being a helpful to people and genuine in his concern to help them.

I feel that Todd Miner commercials are very deceiving. My son had a permanent injury and was not at fault in this accident. It took over a year to settle the case for $5K. It makes me want to vomit when I see Todd Miner exploiting people holding giant checks.

I brought Our case to Todd Miner from another one of the big firms who had it for a year . It was a drunk driver hit and run into us in a parking lot where we just got in the car and were talking. Witnesses could id the car and driver, and tag number and His Facebook Page, we gave that to the local PD who tracked him down to his house and arrested him. We thought this was a cut and dry case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. My SUV was totaled so the impact was pretty hard. Our injuries started to show days later. We were not getting medical relief. So with Todd Miner's team-It has been a 7 month learning experience For me, Frank S and my passenger; Stephanie S. Her case was handled separate because her injuries were greater, and she wanted to be done with it all and get finally treated. Her decision; but her view has changed since with the pain she still has to live with. The small settlement is not so important now. I made clear money was not my goal, I wanted to be treated. In My case; They made it sound so easy to not litigate and negotiate. If I had to do it over; I would get everything in writing before I agreed for them to negotiate on my behalf. Still untreated or diagnosed fully, I DENIED the settlement when it was sent to me in writing but was locked in because it is considered a WIN and I was told I agreed for them to negotiate it on my behalf. I was left with no choice. I was told to go get treatment now. Another a valuable lesson we learned, (it was discussed after the settlement docs were received with pages of waivers) , is the future care for our injuries related to this accident ,with health care and Medicare, that could be denied due to these minor settlements. It's all on us now to deal with. All that was done with our cases, like most it's true, was negotiate settlements against the insurance coverage limits because the prior doctors never finished diagnosing or claimed a permanent injury or on going treatment. Todd Miner's team never sent us out for x-rays or MRI, and used the prior attorneys files, which were over a year an 1/2 ago; to make a claim against the insurance company. Insurance companies and Injury firms are in it to make money, but we all pay for it in increased premiums for those Big WINS on TV.(and about 40% of it actually goes to the client in the end) .Along with a lifetime of pain and treatments. Not the glamor pay day we think it is or we deserve. Settlements, like ours, without documented permanent injuries; are the norm and quick 30% plus plus revenue. The care and concern stops there. Negotiation on fees does not exist either. There was phone conferences ,I never got to speak with Todd even though I asked. Needless to say, and no surprise to his team; I am not impressed and left with doubts on my forced decisions and the lack of care and concern I received after I pushed back. I was just reminded a WIN is a WIN and we will get paid. Even if another firm takes it to settlement, they will claim their fees or you will be billed for the "WIN" I have learned; That's the true difference between No recovery -No fee, Free and a WIN. Get it in writing before you Agree. But More importantly- * Todd; I am more concerned that your response to my passenger Stephanie S review is in Fact misleading, Entirely false and Self serving quote " Stephanie - Hit & Run crashes are so upsetting. Fortunately we were able to track down the other driver and get a the money you deserve! Thank you for trusting us. - Todd end quote. (this was Todd's reply to Stephanie S. post 2 months ago.) "Remember, we brought you the case and all your team did was negotiate insurance coverage limits. There was no need to track down anybody. And Deserving? " I will respectfully agree to disagree ...

Mark Ahrens represented me and was very communicative, kind, and professional throughout the entire legal process. His assistant Dinora was also communicative, kind, and professional. I am grateful for the service I received from this law firm.

Your stepdad does not have the legal authority to control your case unless: 1. You are under the age of 18, and 2. Your stepdad adopted you or is otherwise your legal guardian
Todd Miner Law Office did a great job for me. Mine was an underinsured claim.
