Upon further research, this company may or may not be aware that package transported to Mexico may not make it to their destination, whether complete or partially, but fails to be upfront with the client, that is, unaware that packages sent out of the country have a minimum to no insurance. Is the company choice to covered or not?. Insurance is required in the U.S.A, but not once crossing the border; that's where all the losses happen. Customers can make as many complaints as they wished, even with the BBB. The company will not be held liable once crossing the border. The BBB does not regard customer reviews to accredit a business.
