The other day I had to bring my cat jasper in because he was lethargic and weak. I was referred here by another place because they said they would have a smaller wait time. That previous place made me believe my car was like on the verge of death and had to get surgery so I was in tears on the way here. Immediately coming in we were greeted with smiles and nice staff. Isabel was amazing. She was calming & reassuring while also cracking jokes that made my boyfriend and I feel much better. Even when my cat peed all over his carrier, she had a smile on her face and you can tell she loves her job! Please give Isabel acknowledgment because she was amazing. The DVM, J Hamilton was also very nice and welcoming. In the end I walked out with my baby & some meds for the next few days. He is already going back to his normal spunky self. Thank you guys for helping me in a dark place and bringing my cat back to health! Will come back here if I ever need emergency care again.

I've had to bring my husky here after hours a few times and I'm always blown away at the fair pricing. Every time the services rendered were for less than my normal vet, even after hours. I'm always incredibly thankful for the care and compassion the staff showed when my girl reached her final moments. What was the hardest day of my life yet was met with absolute compassion and while nothing could have made the situation better, you all made it much easier. Thank you for providing the care over the years. While I never hope to need emergency care, I know where I will go in the future if needed with future animals

Thank you so much for taking care of my dog Gerald! From the staff at the front to the doctor and everyone in between were very helpful. They took my dog in promptly and had Gerald evaluated then explained everything to me with kindness and regard for my dog. You all are awesome. Thank you. He is my lifeline for dealing with PTSD and he is back to himself now. Thank you again so much.

I had to take my dog in for vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration. I arrived around 4:45 and the front desk was very friendly and explained the process and waiting time. I took my dog outside to wait and within 20 minutes they called my cell phone to come back and in a room. I was there a total of 3 hours, between tech and doctor coming in, wait time and procedures. I did wait for a while in the room, but I could hear it getting busier and I understand that this is an EMERGENCY vet and just like ERs for humans, they have to treat the most critical first.... it's not first come first serve. The tech explained everything to me and sent me home with all the paperwork for my regular vet. I would definitely go back again, although I hope I don't have to.

The Emergency Clinic wouldn't necessarily be your first contact. Please seek immediate support from your regular vet.
It is bad service.
