Rude. Just stopped in to pick up physical lab orders and a referral. The lady that was sitting behind the front desk, facing away from the patients with her back towards us, pretending to be busy- was so mad I came in, I heard her ask the nicer lady who was assisting people and helping them get checked in “ UGH! Whose patient is It ????” As if I was inconveniencing her at work. Then she proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes in the lobby for her to hit print on the computer because she was mad that I had come in. Keep in mind I did a teledoc appointment over the phone because I can’t ever get in to see my primary care anymore. This place has seriously turned into a dump almost every one is rude as hell. OH AND DID I MENTION THEY DONT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. EVER. I have been waiting for a call back for 3 days now . (Yes I have given up and found a whole new Dr. Now. I do NOT recommend this place.)

I've been a patient here for years. I just love the medical assistant Regina, front office lady Margarit and Provider, Henry Owens. Regina is so friendly, easy to talk to. She goes above and beyond to assist in any way she can. She's a real asset to the office. I appreciate the no-nonsense approach of Henry Owens and his commitment to my health care. He is super cool and has a great sense of humor. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Jessica

Dr. Henry Owens was incredible and staff was super friendly. I have never been as sick as I have been lately and I swear I feel like Dr. Owens saved my life yesterday. I am getting better and better every few hours. He saw me at my very worst and was kind and caring and made sure I knew I would get better. Never had a doctor really listen the way he did. I am forever grateful.

Bring your I'd and insurance card and co-pays if you have one. If you have any flu or covid type of symptoms they may not see you. Call before you go
