No communication between medical staff and front office staff. The doctor's here are fine, the medical staff is ok, the front office, appointment staff and reception staff are terrible. I researched and met the doctor I felt would be a good fit for me. Made an appointment, it went well. After that, I had nothing but issues. Front office would make appointments for me without asking what times worked and then would call the day before to tell me I had an appointment. The totally dropped the ball when I had Covid. The last straw was when they sent me a letter telling me that they were arbitrarily assigning me to a new doctor. This place sounds great but doesn't deliver what they promise. It's basically a patient mill. I expect more from my doctors office. It's worth your time to look elsewhere.
