Very nice and quiet. Has mixed age range of residents. Property is well kept and nicely landscaped. Homeowners association fees are fairly low when considering the amenities.They have a very liberal pet policy and have a dog park on site. There is also 2 swimming pools one of which has a waterfall. On site management.

False advertising that this property is accredited by BBB. The BBB clearly states that this is not an accredited company through them. Red flag.

Pool hours are dusk to dawn. No rafts for adults. Children can use raft.

I don't have mold problems in my unit, as far as I've found.
Sorry no electricity here. David the maintence guy said I should just buy a generator and put it on my balcony. Unfortunately the generator is very heavy and fell through the balcony onto my downstairs neighbors trager grill. Now I have a pending lawsuit for destroying my neighbors grill when I wouldn't have gotten the generator if we had power.
