Picked up an auto parts load going to louisville ky. was told when i picked up the load that i could return the racks same day as long as i was there by 1900 and that even if i wasn’t that they had overnight parking and that 3rd shift could unload them around 2200 or 2300 and i would be able to spend the night. i pulled up to the gate at 1830 and was told they weren’t letting any more trucks that day in after 1730 but i was welcome to turn around and leave. i asked if i could overnight park inside and was told no i had to leave. with limited parking in the area i had to drive 35 miles out to find parking. it would’ve been nice to know before showing back up so i could find parking before getting there, but who cares i’m just a truck driver, it’s not like i’m a real person right? i mean it’s only my fuel and truck and wasted time… UPDATE: Did not get unloaded until after 12 next day. That 5.50 plus a mile looks good until you realize you’ve spent 2 days on this load. the agent will list this load and make it look like it finals out same day. drivers beware i would steer clear

You have to arrive by appointment to enter to load, they almost always take 1 or more hours, come eaten or bring a lunch.

Drop went smooth. Flatbed dock tight and awkward but overall place alright to me. Unloaded me fairly quick
