We took our Dyson vacuum to get cleaned and serviced. When we got it back (almost $100 and several weeks later) it was making a (new) loud airplane-like rattling sound. We took it back in and were told it needs a new ball. The ball was fine (and did not make any noise) when we took it in- the vacuum is only a year or so two old- I’m not sure if it was put back together wrong which is why it is rattling so loud. Now we don’t even have a vacuum that works and need to find someone else to fix the problem that was never an issue in the first place.

Wonderful service, not only fixed cord as requested but took the time to completely look over vacuum, and recommend new belt and brush assembly. Vacuum works great now. Highly recommend!
