Horrible establishment and racist police officers. They are liars and thief’s. Pulled me over in a group of traffic saying I was going over the limit but the other cars were just fine. Because I’m black and driving a better car than most of those criminal justice degree losers will ever have? They need money for their ugly suburb of Kettering. Edit note: The receptionist that answered the phone was polite and considerate.

Pretty sure you have to go downtown to probate court in Dayton. 2nd floor
I think certain things you can pay online it just depends on what it is but you can always call them too they always answer and for the most part pretty easy to talk to
