I wish I could select zero stars. They came out and 'fixed' my fridge and 2 months later it has the same issues. They only stand by their work for 30 days, which says a lot about them. The part was put into my fridge on June 20 (not 4 months ago). I would not recommend using Logan Appliance!

Called for service repair on leaking washer. Tech said it was just from hair and dismissed the leak. Wanted to charge $75 fee. Washer was still leaking and still leaks now. Called for a dryer repair and LMA was no help. Neither appliance should be breaking down given that they we’re new at purchase and only a few years old. LMA does not provide reliable in-home repairs. Per their response —I refused to pay because hair was NOT the cause of the issue. And at the time I was told it $75 per visit not as the the owner now claims that the visits are warranted. (It was a faulty seal leak, that another company has since fixed) The dryer I purchased from LMA is also faulty and when I asked to speak with someone I was dismissed and got no call back to sort this out. This was within the last month, not two years ago. Overall, I have had trouble with both washer and dryer purchased at LMA and neither serviced by LMA….other companies have had to fix them. Poor quality and poor service overall.

No. Generally they do a little better. Also generally. do do not carry the exact same model. They may look the same but there are minor feature differences such as lights, tray construction on number on bins.
Hello, the service call is just for the estimate an diagnosis, any additional charges would be parts needed and labor to put on. Noises, could be a belt or the rollers.

That could actually be several issues, from a loose wire to an erratic timer or power source. Our service call to come out and diagnose and give you an estimate for repair is $79.95. You could bring it to the shop and the bench fee is $50 and that goes toward the repair. call us at 937-252-5000, we will be glad to help you out as best we can.
We have spare knobs that you could come look at to see if one may match, or you can give us you model number and we can check availability of a new one.
