Last time, I was almost thrown out of the office for recalling a "10% off your next appointment when you book your 7-month appointment now" sign. This time, they have absolutely no idea how to use the Request for Exception form. (It's also the second time in a row that they are "changing computer systems" and lost our information, myself and another patient) The doctor stated she left the treatment room to ask the medical assistant who "has her own medical card." She did not review the form, and told me that only cancer patients qualify for exceptions. Do not recommend. You get what you pay for Actually though...My friend also wanted to buy a basic arm sling that you can buy at CVS or Walgreens and they refused without her paying for an appointment. So everybody beware

Before Docs Outside the Box decided to grow their practice, I could not speak highly enough about how fantastic they were and how happy I was to finally have such awesome doctors. However, since COVID, the practice has changed significantly!!!!!! They have decided to grow the practice and it is growing very fast. It is extremely short staffed and the turnover is high. Over the past year - numerous mistakes occurred and continue to happen, prescriptions not called in, phone calls not returned, etc. It has nothing to do with Dr. Teekell-Taylor or Dr. Garner, they are both awesome. However, I never get to see them anymore. I only see the PAs. The practice is now so understaffed and growing at a rate the patient care is lacking way too much for what I would consider safe . I prefer the personal touch and sadly will be leaving the practice where I feel my health is a priority. ———————————- In reply - thank you for the prompt response. And yes I did appreciate the direct email, however just for the record, the prescription nor my test results have been resolved at this point. I am not an unreasonable person and have tried to work with you and your staff through the trying COVID times. I’m just making a personal choice to find the care that I originally received when I choose your practice. Best of luck to you and your practice as you grow as well.

UPDATE: this claim was already paid by my insurance company, so I'm currently filing a complaint with FL's Insurance Commission for this fraudulent billing activity. Wish zero stars was an option. Absolute disorganized mess and by far worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They charged my credit card (9 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT!!!) for two visits that were fully covered by my insurance. Spoke with their office manager, Lynette, who said she was going to look into it and get back to me in 24-48 hours. Sticking to their customer focused mantra, I never heard back from Lynette so I am now having to file a dispute with my bank. Comically, the invoice she provided shows the date of service - 3 months from now in July 2022! Additionally, they also forgot to call in my RX and had to deal with their disrespectful staff a half dozen times before it was finally taken care of - months after my initial visit. Thankfully, it wasn’t an medical emergency. Bottom line, I wouldn’t recommend this “business” to my worst enemy - which is a shame because I really liked Doctor Taylor…

I was blown away by my visit . I couldn't even Believe there were doctors that are willing to open up and welcome you with such a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. The reason I decided to drive an hour to establish myself at this practice was because I could not find any pediatricians in my city that would treat my children without them being “ fully vaccinated “ I didn’t have insurance so I had to self pay ; (well worth it )I’m so fed up with the regular Western medical system. Doctors turn their nose up at you and ; they don’t like to answer a lot of questions. However this team was ready to inform me before I even had any questions. I received more health information at this doctors visit than I have probably in all of my life. I have to leave a 5 star review.
