Absolutely horrible property management company. Not only did they nitpick to find minuscule reasons to keep 80% of my security deposit, they also NEVER follow up. It has been a nightmare getting help from anyone there

I own a property in Clearwater, Florida that All County Suncoast manages. I just spoke with Carolyn from All County who was calling me to determine what rent amount I would be comfortable with since rent has had to increase so much due to property tax increases etc. The new lease will be renewing in August and she had already spoken with my tenant about the increase. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a call including me in the process, as I was needing to raise it, but live in Colorado, so I was not sure if the rental increases were as bad as they are here in Denver. After speaking with her, we came to an agreement and decided upon a reasonable increase that Carolyn thought the tenant would be agreeable to. She was correct and handled the situation very professionally, as a good property manager who reads and understands people is able to do! It increased the rent for me to make enough to continue renting it with all the higher costs associated with the rental, and yet the increase was not so large that the tenant would want to go elsewhere. I appreciated her input and how she handled the situation very much!! Sheila W

Christina, Maintenance Coordination @ All County Suncoast is very helpful, responsive, and calm while handling requests of all kinds, some more stressful than others for our properties. Providing responsive service to tenants while communicating well with remotely located property owners is not an easy task. Christina has a positive and caring demeanor communicating with all sides to find the best solutions available.
