While I haven’t been there within recent months, I have been a patient there for years. The office is beautiful, sparkling clean and the staff extremely polite, friendly and helpful to a fault. If you are in need of a pain management doctor and clinic, look no further; this IS the ONLY place to go. The founding doctor, Kazi Hassan, M.D. is from India and is the FRIENDLIEST, POLITEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE man I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. He will take his time with you, he’s not in any hurry to whisk you in and out just to make a buck. His family is wealthy, he doesn’t NEED the money, he works to HELP PEOPLE RELIEVE their pain. He genuinely works his best to help people, not for the money. You could not find a better doctor!

When I went to sign on at the reception desk, I signed in and put a $5 co-pay next to the sign in sheet. A young staff member walked by, picked up the $5 , and threw it back at me. She said, “we can’t take that until you complete the COVID questionnaire.” I had not been handed the questionnaire. I sat for an hour and a half in the waiting room past my schedule time. I went to the desk and told them I was leaving. I was told I couldn’t because there was a procedure scheduled. I had not had the first visit with the doctor. On the way out the door, another patient said,”today is urine day. They are always behind.” Having worked with doctors for decades, This office is the worst I have experienced. A new office manager is needed. Needing to see the doctor, I called and rescheduled the appointment.

I have been going to Florida pain Management for some time now. The doctors, specifically, Dr. Perera and NP, Brenda G, are excellent medical professionals. Dr. P is very knowledgeable and I respect his diagnosis and treatment plans. Brenda has extensive medical knowledge and provides treatment plan suggestions that are spot on.
